| I was born and raised in the small northern community of Chapleau, ON. I have always loved music… At the age of eleven, I had joined a small choir for the Roman Catholic Church. When I was sixteen, while working at Wakami Lake Provincial Park, I picked up guitar to accompany myself and to write music. Local talent shows and open mics had become an obsession. As my interest for music continued to escalate, I attended school for music at Cambrian College in Sudbury as a voice major. During this time, I was in bands such as Intrinzik (backup vocals) and Backseat (guitarist and vocalist) and even participated as a chorus member for the Cambrian Theater. In November of 2002, I began recording "Maybe in Another World..." which was finally released in September of 2003. I now live in Ottawa. In January 2004, I joined a classic rock band called Black Cherry. In Black Cherry, I've had the privilege to open for Jeff Healy at the Russell Fair, be the headlining act for the Winchester Dairy Festival and the Ottawa Tulip Festival. I now work as a voice teacher for Amulet Studios and recently became one of the lead vocalist for the cover band System 6.
